Returns & Refund Policy
We are obliged to provide return services for all customers. If your product is purchased from the oxive official store, you are entitled to request a return or refund.
important:
1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the receive date.
2. Please send a return request to oxive customer service at [email protected] to get the return authorization before you proceed return.
3. Our customer service team will respond to your return request within 1-2 business days. Once the return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and the return address.
Received missing/damaged products
If the product is not delivered or lost, please contact us immediately.
If the product you received is damaged, or the product you received is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us immediately and provide pictures or video proof.
Refund Guarantee
Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not satisfied with the product or there is a quality problem, you are entitled to a refund after returning the complete, unused and original packaging of the product.
Once the return package is successfully delivered and inspected by the warehouse, the refund will be approved and we will process the refund within 14 working days and send a refund notification to the customer’s email address.
